Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping across the U.S., with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
We do accept international orders; however, they are subject to approval. Once you place your order, we will contact you to confirm accurate shipping rates to your destination. We will only ship the order after receiving your approval of the additional international shipping charges. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AIRfeet purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your purchased items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. Original packaging is not required.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@myairfeet.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. A trackable shipping service is required, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please contact us at info@myairfeet.com, and we will provide you with some easy exchange instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@myairfeet.com with photos and your order number. We will provide you with easy exchange instructions.
Short Return Policy
Not satisfied with your AIRfeet purchase? No problem!
You may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping). Original packaging is not required. To save on costs, feel free to use a simple, low-cost non-padded envelope when returning.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. For returns or exchanges, please email us at info@myairfeet.com — let’s see if we can help!
International customers: All return shipping costs, including for damaged or incorrect items, are the customer’s responsibility both ways.
